When he was a kid, his family immigrated from Germany, his parents were poor and he saw how his father died in agony, they could not afford medical treatment, her mother was murdered in a robbery, he promised himself he will not rest until he fix the broken system, where medical care is too expensive and only a few previledge ones can afford, he wanted to get rid of violence. At 25 he graduated with 2 Phd’s in robotics and engineering.His brilliant mind helped him build multiple companies, robotics, chips, AI. He became a billionaire at age 49, and created a syndicate of dangerous individuals. His ultimate goal is not to destroy Superavy City, but to control it.
To achieve his goals, he created the Viceral Syndicate and recluted loyal outcasts in order to destroy the SuperAvy Alliance.
He helped rebuild Superavy City after the Insurrection of 2020 that left the city in ruins. He poured billions and billions of dollars, making him a likable person by society but nobody knows his secret plan. Once he brings in somebody, they go through a series of tests, physical and physiological, once they are sworn in they earn the V badge, a reminder they belong to the V syndicate and loyalty is expected, to enforce this, a chip is implanted on them, if they ever try to double cross Dr. Victor Viceral he can simple get rid of them with a push of a boton.

He used to play professional soccer until he got injured in an earthquake, He was hoping Rushito would get to him on time, but he showed up too late to save him from the rubble, he blames Rushito for not saving him on time.
